Soil health is the single most important factor to a successful and resilient farm and ranching operation. Soil health principles apply whether you grow crops, raise livestock or both.

Ray Archuleta, Dave Brandt, Keith Berns, and Darin Williams (host farm) will discuss topics ranging from livestock, grazing, cover crops, soil health, and reductions of inputs in farm and ranch operations.

The day will start at the D&N Farm, 2293 26th Rd, Waverly, for demonstrations, and then move to the community building in Waverly for class time.  For questions, contact <swaffar@notill.org> or (785) 210-4549.  More info and registration is at Soil Health Workshop | No-till on the Plains. Register at the door $75.
